I purchased a small canvas emergency pouch last November it was intended to hold personal items, medication, a torch and batteries things for an emergency. When it did not appear I started to email the company Gemmojo to find out where it was as their own tracking continually showed it as in transit.

Through December and into January I have emailed them repeatedly to find out where the parcel is and have been told it is enroute still. Today I received an email from their tracking company claiming that the parcel was delivered November 10 which is insane why would Gemmojo company still be telling me the parcel is in transit?

I have no received any parcel and I want a full refund. I have for proof of delivery but frankly I think the best think to do is to avoid this company at all costs.
